Awesome Baked Halibut

Halibut 4 Fillets, 5 to 6 ounces each
Capers with juice: 1 tbsp
2 Lemons                                    
3/4 Cup of Olive Oil Mayonnaise
Black pepper 1 tsp
2 tbsp of fresh minced garlic
2 ounces of white dry wine


Use the large Skillet with cover.

1. Cut 1 Lemon in slices and place on the bottom of the skillet. (cold pan)

2. Mix the mayo, white wine, black pepper, squeeze the second lemon into the mayo and add the garlic and mix.

3. Place the halibut over the lemons in the large skillet.

4. Pour the Mayo mix over each filet.

5. Close the lid and turn the stove to medium heat.

6. Turn down to low once temp reaches 55 on the cookware.

7. After 10 minutes on low check the Fish it should be done.

Prep Time 10 minutes.

Cook Time 20 minutes.
